text: What a wonderful facility to have a lovely library with helpful staff in our small town of Hoeilaart. Today, I
|
||
did have an unpleasant experience with the return box. Some of the books I had returned were still registered on my
|
||
card. Despite my formality about having counted the books and putting them in the box, they refused to remove them
|
||
from my card for the time being. Fortunately, the staff was eventually able to retrieve the books quickly and they
|
||
were removed from my card. If possible, I will avoid using the return box again.
