Ze stelt haarzelf voor met de slagzin: 'Wanneer het eerste licht de straten onthult, zal de stad als één geheel ontwaken, waar woord en waarheid elkaar raken.'\n \nMyriem El-Kaddouri (°1994) woont in Heule en werkt in Kortrijk. Na 5 jaar werken als advocaat, doctoreert ze nu op KU Leuven Campus Kulak Kortrijk. Haar eerste dichtbundel 'Hier ligt de waarheid in overdaad' verscheen bij Uitgeverij Pelckmans. In 2023 werd ze West-Vlaams Poetry Slam-kampioen en eindigde ze op een sterke vijfde plaats in het Belgische slamkampioenschap.
