    text: A beautiful small museum centered around the Codex Purpureus Rossanensis, an illustrated byzantine gospel book from the 6th century. The staff were very friendly and we had a great guided tour to it and to the Chiesa della Panaghia next to it.

    text: The other reviewers have already said how great this little museum is. A real jewel. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff, the ladies at the Biglietteria and the man who gave us the explanations. Although we have only little Italian he used simple sentences and explained some things a couple of times so we really got it! Thank you. The videos and touch screens make it a very good experience. Highly recommended.
