Reservation system works well; books are ready quickly; everything is corona-proof (pick up with a face mask, hand gel, etc.) but when I get home I catch sight of the book: the laminated cover is so thumbed and dirty... I imagine I see viruses crawling around. Wouldn''t it be hygienic to also wipe the book covers clean before the books go on the shelf? The caddys in the department stores are also disinfected. And while I''m at it: I find your opening hours complicated: different hours every day. And the opening hours of the pick-up point differ from the normal opening hours!

text: Very disappointed! I called Monday to reserve a book that was borrowed until Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called five times to ask if it had been returned yet. I couldn't get in, even though the library was open. That evening, I sent an email asking why I hadn't received an answer, but there was no response. I called back Thursday evening about the book. We were told it was borrowed until the end of February. I don't think it would have been a big deal to at least warn us that we should go to a different library.
