手前の振り子は約１ｍの長さで、２秒で一往復するように調整しているので、ゆらし始めてから２００秒後に再び振り子の列がそろいます。
|
||
|
||
手前の振り子が５０回揺れた時に、２列に揃います。その理由は次の通り。
|
||
手前の振り子が５０回揺れた時、１００回のちょうど半分の時なので、隣の振り子は（１０１／２）回揺れる、つまり５０回と半分揺れるので、手前と反対側にいます。
|
||
さらに隣は、（１０２／２）＝５１回揺れて、手前と同じスタート位置に。
|
||
その次は、５１回と半分揺れて反対側に、、、という風に交互になるので、２列になります。
|
||
|
||
３列に揃うのは、１００回中の１／３経った時と２／３経った時。１回ずつのゆれが１／３，２／３，３／３、、という風に３個ごとにそろうので、３列に揃います。
|
||
|
||
同様に、１００回中の１／４経った時に４列に、１／５経った時に５列にそろいますが、うまくみつけるのはむずかしいかも。
