Prachtig museum in een geweldig vormgegeven gebouw en tuin( park)
|
||
Mooie beelden en helaas was niet alles klaar om te worden tentoongesteld maar daarvoor kregen we een voucher voor een kop koffie. Zeker de moeite waard en ook de tuin eromheen is prachtig

||
Prachtig museum in een nog mooiere omgeving. Vanuit het museum moet je nog een stuk de duinen in lopen voor het laatste museum stuk. Maar ook in de tuinen er om heen is van alles te zien.

Binnen zijn er verschillende collecties. De vaste collectie bevat onderandere een zwembad, een reusachtige metalenplaat waar je door kunt lopen en een gat in het plafon waardoor je de lucht kunt zien.
|
||
D de wisselende collectie bevat op dit moment een publieks trekker waarbij een kunstenaar haar ouderlijkhuis heeft na gemaakt met spekkies. Vantevoren moet je schoenen uit doen om binnen te komen. (Of dit voor de hygiëne is of omdat je thuis ook op je sokken loopt weet ik niet) en krijg je een spekjes zodat je de smaak belevenis ook hebt. De tentoonstelling is fantastisch alle details zijn er te zien van de WC tot aan het uitzicht uit het raam. Maar ook het plafon en de klok (die achteruitloopt) zijn van spek.

||
Het is wel verstandig om een boekje mee te nemen bij dit museum hier is staat bij elk stuk uitgelegd wat het idee van de kunstenaar is want dat vaak niet duidelijk en zeer interessant om te weten.
|
||
|
||
Het hele museum (binnen en buiten) is een zeer interessante ervaring en zeker aan te raden.

Wat een geweldig museum!!!!
|
||
Genoeg te zien om over na te denken. Vooral leuk dat je er een boekje bij krijgt. Daarin staat over elk stukje kunst wat beschreven.
|
||
Ook de expositie Sweet memories vond ik prachtig. Deze was er tot 31 augustus en pakte ik nog even mee op de 29e.
|
||
|
||
Het is geen goedkoop museum en je hebt er ook geen gratis toegang met je museum jaarkaart, maar dit komt doordat het museum volledig afhankelijk is van inkomsten uit kaartverkoop.
|
||
Uiteindelijk maakt dit alles helemaal niet uit, want de prijs was het meer dan waard!!!
|
||
|
||
Ik wacht op een nieuwe interessante expositie en hoop dan zeker weer te gaan.

||
Het museum ligt in een prachtig groene omgeving, met grote bomen en vijverpartijen die tot in de puntjes zijn verzorgd. Tijdens mijn bezoek waren tuinmedewerkers bezig om de tuinen nog kleurrijker te maken. Rondom het museum bloeien diverse soorten bloemen, en wat me direct opviel: de onderkant van bomen zijn tot op stahoogte gesnoeid. Dat oogt niet alleen verzorgd, maar zorgt ook voor schaduwrijke plekken voor bezoekers én is een esthetische blikvanger.
|
||
|
||
Op het terrein staan twee gebouwen: een historisch pand met restaurant en een modern gebouw voor de tentoonstellingen. Over dat laatste: het maakte op mij geen heel gewichtige indruk. Misschien ontbreekt het mij aan architectonische kennis om de schoonheid ervan te waarderen, maar het sprak me minder aan dan de omgeving.
|
||

Bij binnenkomst liet ik mijn Museumjaarkaart zien, in de veronderstelling dat die geldig was. Vriendelijk, maar licht geïrriteerd, werd uitgelegd dat Voorlinden een particuliere instelling is zonder overheidsbijdrage. De reactie deed vermoeden dat dit misverstand vaker voorkomt. Een duidelijkere communicatie hierover zou zowel voor bezoekers als voor het museum voordeel opleveren.
|
||
|
||
Binnen krijgen de kunstwerken veel ruimte om op zichzelf te staan, wat de beleving versterkt. Soms lijkt dat principe iets te ver doorgevoerd: in een paar zalen voelt het bijna leeg, waardoor een extra werk de ervaring juist zou kunnen verrijken.
|
||
|
||
De collectie is divers en gericht op beleving. Op mijn doordeweekse bezoek was het rustig, met bezoekers die een bovenmodale uitstraling hadden. Dat deed me denken aan het liedje Oud-Zuid:
|
||
|
||
“Misschien kent jouw vader mijn vader wel
|
||
of zit hij onder Modaal.”
|
||
|
||
Al met al: een bezoek dat de moeite en het geld waard is, in een omgeving die minstens zo indrukwekkend is als de kunst zelf.

Toen ik de museum bezocht was er 4 categorieën/ thema’s van verschillende soorten kunstwerken. Het was wel echt moderne kunst, zoals van Simone post, haar ouderlijke huis gemaakt van spek.

|
||
De ruimtes waar de kunstwerken waren gestald waren ruim, wel fijn dat je niet in een drukte belandt vergeleken bij een reguliere museum. Bij binnenkomt krijg je een boekje met de uitleg van de kunstwerken.
|
||
|
||
De gebruikelijke kunstwerken zijn er ook, zoals onder water zwembad.
|
||
|
||
Ik had zelf aan 1,5uur genoeg om alle kunstwerken te bewonderen.
|
||
|
||
De locatie is omringd met veel groen, neem ook de tijd om in de omgeving een wandeltje te doen.
|
||
|
||
De museumkaart is hier niet geldig.
