text: The archive is just an archive; the staff is generally friendly, showing you how and where to search, and reminding you when to submit your requests. The computers in the reading room are acceptable (they're running Ubuntu 14.04, which is funny), but viewing document photos isn't very convenient—it takes a long time to load.
