text: 'Als inwoner van Franeker, onderdeel van de gemeente Waadhoeke, uit ik mijn grote teleurstelling over het bestuur

||
en de besluitvorming van deze gemeente. Franeker, ooit geprezen als de ster van de Elf Steden, verliest zolangzamerhand
|
||
deze titel door het falende beleid. Tien maanden geleden werd de sluiting van zwembad Bloemketerp aangekondigd, met
|
||
slechts een vage belofte van een mogelijk nieuw zwembad in 2028. Deze sluiting heeft een grote impact, vooral op kinderen
|
||
die afhankelijk waren van zwemlessen in Bloemketerp. Het ontbreken van adequate vervangende faciliteiten en de langdurige
|
||
onzekerheid tonen een gebrek aan daadkracht en prioriteit.
|
||
|
||
|
||
De gemeente lijkt de belangen van haar inwoners, met name de jongere generatie, niet serieus te nemen. Een zwembad is
|
||
cruciaal voor zwemveiligheid en recreatie in een waterrijke regio als deze. Het uitstellen van een oplossing tot 2028
|
||
– zonder concrete garanties – is onacceptabel en onderstreept de nalatigheid van het bestuur.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Ik roep op tot een grondige herziening van het gemeentebestuur en zijn prioriteiten. Als de gemeente niet in staat is
|
||
om essentiële voorzieningen zoals een zwembad te behouden of tijdig te vervangen, verdient Franeker de titel ‘ster van
|
||
de Elf Steden’ allang niet meer. Sterker nog, de vraag rijst of het gemeentehuis zelf nog bestaansrecht heeft. Sluiting
|
||
van het gemeentehuis zou een duidelijk signaal zijn dat dit soort bestuurlijke laksheid niet wordt getolereerd. Het
|
||
is hoog tijd dat Waadhoeke haar verantwoordelijkheid neemt en investeert in de toekomst van haar inwoners.'

text: 'Helaas een hele vervelende ervaring bij de gemeente Waadhoeke. Ik zocht telefonisch contact vanwege het overlijden
|
||
van mijn vader. Voor de bank heb ik een BRP nodig om de erfgenamen aan te tonen.
|
||
|
||
De eerste keer contact (zonder condoleren) gaf de telefoniste aan dat het wel kon maar ik het via mail even moest bevestigen.
|
||
Ik heb toen 3 weken gewacht (ik dacht misschien hebben ze het druk daar) Na 3 weken stuurde ik een mailtje met de vraag
|
||
of het goed kwam. Hierop geen respons.
|
||
|
||
Na 4 weken belde ik, (opnieuw zonder condoleren) er was niemand aanwezig wist de telefonist mij te vertellen. Maar hij
|
||
zou een notitie voor terugbellen achterlaten.. Weer 2 weken, helaas geen reactie.
|
||
|
||
Opnieuw gebeld.. (weer zonder condoleren) nee mevrouw dit is niet mogelijk..
|
||
|
||
Dit is toch verdrietig?!'
