text: 'Van vrijdag tot zondag in dit hotel verbleven en het was "wel oké". Bij aankomst op de kamer zagen we een mankement

(lees: stopcontact hing half uit de muur) waarvoor de TD nodig was en vanuit de receptie werd ons toegezegd dat het

dezelfde dag nog gemaakt zou worden. Dit was echter niet het geval en zijn we meerdere keren weer terug gegaan voor
|
||
duidelijkheid, ook omdat de ene receptionist zei dat het gemaakt zou worden en weer een ander zei dat de TD in het weekend
|
||
niet werkt.
|
||
|
||
Op zaterdagmiddag stond er een andere medewerker en hij leek de situatie wel serieus te nemen waardoor het mankement
|
||
op zaterdagavond was gemaakt.
|
||
|
||
|
||
De kamer was ook niet helemaal schoon, onder de bedden lag nog van alles.
|
||
|
||
Wij zaten op de eerste verdieping en de kamers daar hebben geen stopcontact naast het bed, maar 1 onder het bed. Er
|
||
werd ons verteld dat hier wel aan gewerkt gaat worden en er dus uiteindelijk wel stopcontacten naast de bedden komen.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Qua faciliteiten is er niet heel veel in het hotel, er staat 1 pooltafel en bij het restaurant is er een klein zit gedeelte.
|
||
|
||
De omgeving is wel heel erg mooi en kan je er heerlijk wandelen.
|
||
|
||
Het personeel van het restaurant en van de housekeeping zijn vriendelijk en zeggen je netjes gedag.'

text: 'Vreselijk. We kwamen aan in het hotel en kregen netjes na het inchecken de kamerpas. De kamer was niet schoon,

met name de badkamer. De poep van de vorige gasten zat nog op de pot en de kamer werd schoongemaakt door een collega.

||
Ook het babybedje werd gebracht (waren ze vergeten).
|
||

||

Tot zoverre oke. Echter was de wc nog steeds niet schoon, zat er nog steeds poep van de vorige gasten in de binnenring
|
||
van de plee en was de douchecabine ook aan vervanging toe.
|
||
|
||
|
||
De kamer zet was ook niet schoon, veel stof op het hout en op de ventilator die we gebruikten wegens de hitte.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Slechte nacht gemaakt, veel niezen van het stof en om 06:45 wakker gemaakt door een rondhangende jongeman die door de
|
||
gang aan het bellen was, later was de politie erbij.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Kortom, niet schone kamer en een upgrade was niet mogelijk tegen betaling omdat alles vol zat. Wel zagen we dat op hun
|
||
website wel gewoon een nieuwe geüpgraded kamer beschikbaar was....
|
||
|
||
|
||
Voor ons dus geen fijne ervaring...'

We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer, schoon bed en schone badkamer met uitzicht op het terras waar we heerlijk gedineerd

hebben.

We hadden een 3 gangendiner geboekt. Na 2 heerlijke gangen konden we zelf aangeven wanneer we het dessert wilden; deze
|
||
hebben we om 20.45 uur besteld. Fijne service!
|
||
|
||
Het ontbijt was heerlijk vers en uitgebreid.
|
||
|
||
Personeel is vriendelijk.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Overal zijn zitjes gemaakt en er zijn ook boekenkasten, waarvan ik een stukje van een boek heb gelezen die ik nu op
|
||
m''n verlanglijst zet. 😀

||

||

2 puntjes van "kritiek":

||
|
||
Er lag stof op het interieur en vlekken op het bureau waar de waterkoker stond.
|
||
|
||
Er is een fijne stortdouche. Het zou fijn zijn als daar ook een kleine douchekop bij zou zijn. Het is niet handig daarvoor
|
||
apart in het bad te moeten stappen.
|
||
|
||

We komen graag weer terug.'

Bij aankomst om 17.00 uur was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en er werd geen enkele oplossing geboden – zelfs geen schone

handdoek. Alles was vies. Toen we om 00.30 uur terugkwamen was de kamer nog steeds vies. De nachtportier kon niets betekenen
|
||
en bood geen alternatief. Uiteindelijk zijn we om 01.00 uur ’s nachts maar naar huis gereden. Een hotelovernachting
|
||
heeft dus niet eens plaatsgevonden. Slechte service en totaal geen gastvrijheid.'
