text: 'Dit landgoed bestaat uit een huis, toegankelijk met de Museum Jaarkaart

en een parkbos waarvoor je bij het begin van het wandelpad een kaartje koopt.

Beide zijn een bezoek waard.

||
Deze keer kwamen we voor het huis. De entree is onder de grote trap, op het
|
||
niveau van de bedienden. Daar vinden we o.m. de keuken, provisiekelder, strijk
|
||
kamer en de bedstee van de koetsier. Hier zijn ook toiletten gemaakt voor bezoekers.
|
||
|
||
Op de eerste en tweede verdieping (er is een lift) zijn diverse vertrekken ingericht.
|
||
De familie schilderijen zijn meestal van vroegere bewoners, maar de inventaris
|
||
is deels afkomstig van andere huizen. Opvallend zijn diverse zgn. VOC kisten
|
||
waarin persoonlijke bezittingen werden vervoerd als familieleden een functie
|
||
in Nederlands Oost Indië kregen.'

text: Heel leuk bos/park om even een wandeling te maken. Er is genoeg te zien

oa een huisje met een monnik, een theehuis boven op een hoge bult, een mooie
|
||
meer en hertenkamp. Het verveeld niet als je hier rond loopt en is ook zeker
|
||
voor herhaling vatbaar. De parkbeheerder is ook vriendelijk en zeker niet te
|
||
beroerd om het een en andere over het park en zijn bezienwaardigheden uit te
|
||
leggen.
