text: '“De operatie zelf is vakkundig uitgevoerd en mijn fysieke herstel was goed.

Maar alles daaromheen — voor én na de operatie — is ronduit teleurstellend geweest.

Ik loop nu al 9 jaar met duidelijke hormonale klachten rond, maar steeds werd
|
||
dit door de gynaecologie weggewuifd als ‘psychosomatisch’ of ‘normaal’. Er werd
|
||
slecht geluisterd, slecht gerapporteerd en nauwelijks iets met mijn signalen
|
||
gedaan.
|
||

||

||
Pas begin dit jaar, na opnieuw een afwijkende uitstrijk, werd uiteindelijk besloten
|
||
tot een hysterectomie — niet omdat men míj serieus nam, maar omdat het dossier
|
||
hen daartoe dwong. Tot die tijd moest ik verplicht door protocollen heen zoals
|
||
de lis-procedure, terwijl ik al jaren aangaf dat mijn klachten serieus en lichamelijk
|
||
waren.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Ook ná de operatie gaat het verder mis. Mijn aanhoudende hormonale klachten
|
||
worden opnieuw niet serieus genomen, niet onderzocht en opnieuw te snel afgeschoven
|
||
op psychosomatiek. Dit gebrek aan luisteren en adequaat handelen heeft enorme
|
||
impact op mijn dagelijks leven en zelfs op mijn huwelijk.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Het technische opereren is goed, maar de communicatie, begeleiding, verslaglegging
|
||
en bereidheid om verder te kijken dan het standaard protocol is zwaar onder
|
||
de maat. Door dit alles loop ik al negen jaar onnodig met klachten rond.”

En kom niet aan zetten met klachtenfunctionaris want dat heeft in het verleden
|
||
ook al niets uitgehaald. Je loopt zoals ze in de pshygotherapie noemen tegen
|
||
zelfverheerljkers/ego''s aan! Sympathie, inlevingsvermogen en actief luisteren
|
||
is zwaar ondermaats!'

text: Mijn grootouders wonen op dichte afstand bij het ziekenhuis. Helaas is mijn

grootvader meerdere keren opgenomen dit jaar. Ikzelf woon 70km verderop waardoor
|
||
ik niet snel aanwezig kan zijn. Mijn grootouders vertellen niet altijd wanneer
|
||
1 van hun met spoed wordt opgenomen, waardoor zij soms afhankelijk van zichzelf
|
||
zijn. Meerdere keren hebben verpleegkundige mijn grootouders naar huis gebracht
|
||
met de rolstoel wanneer zij zelf niet met de rollator konden lopen. Personeel
|
||
herkent mijn grootouders ondertussen ook. Zij worden goed behandelt en met een
|
||
gerust hart komen zij elke keer thuis. Zo had een verpleegster de gordijnen
|
||
geopend van een gang zodat mijn grootvader vanuit het raam naar mijn grootmoeder
|
||
kon zwaaien die op dat moment in hun woning was. De verplegers van de hartbewaking,
|
||
spoed eisende hulp en vele andere wil ik enorm bedanken voor hun liefdevolle
|
||
werk.

Maar dit wordt niet begrepen. Drie datums in December voorgeschoteld gekregen

text: 'Mijn ervaringen met uw dienstverlening zijn tot driemaal toe als zeer onbevredigend

De meest ernstige ervaring betrof een nachtelijke spoedbezoek met mijn zwager,

||
die na het trekken van zijn verstandskies last had van slikproblemen en keelpijn.
|
||
Tussen 00:00 en 05:00 is de dienstdoende arts (vermoedelijk een stagiair) slechts
|
||
tweemaal langs geweest, waarna wij na vijf uur met lege handen naar huis werden
|
||
gestuurd. Er werd geen scan gemaakt en er werd geen antibiotica voorgeschreven.
|
||
|
||
|
||
De volgende ochtend om 08:00 heb ik de kaakchirurgie gebeld en met spoed om
|
||
een afspraak verzocht. Na een CT-scan is mijn zwager met spoed geopereerd en
|
||
heeft hij twee dagen op de Intensive Care doorgebracht. De ontsteking in zijn
|
||
keel was bijna tot aan zijn hart gevorderd. Zonder mijn eigen actie was de situatie
|
||
mogelijk fataal geweest.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Dit was de laatste keer ZMC voor ons. Volgende keer naar het Rode Kruis ziekenhuis
|
||
in Beverwijk.'
