Op 30 oktober zijn mijn vrouw en ik op een bijzonder onbeschofte manier behandeld door een jonge dame van de beveiliging bij de receptie. Haar houding was ronduit arrogant, respectloos en totaal onprofessioneel. In plaats van ons vriendelijk te woord te staan, deed ze er alles aan om onbehulpzaam en afstandelijk over te komen.
Zulk gedrag is absoluut onacceptabel, zeker van iemand die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor bezoekers. Iemand met zo’n instelling hoort niet in de beveiliging of receptie te werken. Dit soort gedrag schaadt niet alleen het vertrouwen van bezoekers, maar ook de reputatie van de organisatie. Ik hoop dan ook dat hier serieus naar wordt gekeken en dat er passende maatregelen worden genomen.

studenten kans maken om in de 2de kamer te komen en geen BBb boer als minister
van onderwijs hebben zodat niet nog een keer een bieb wordt gebouwd met een

text: Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit slechte reviews maar dit is echt de druppel.
Dom gebouw met een soort van doolhof vibe. Ik denk dat er minstens een paar
studenten vermist zijn geraakt na een middagje studeren hier. Maar wat mij het
meest dwars zit is dat helemaal NIKS hier werkt. Ik ben net 3 verdiepingen op
en neer geweest omdat ik geen werkende machine kon vinden voor mijn cola zero.
Het is eigenlijk een wonder dat ik in de tussentijd niet halverweg een van treden
ben overleden aan uitdroging. Daarnaast voelt elke verdieping aan als 2 want
om een of andere reden zijn de trappen duizend meter lang en mega zwaar. Ik
wist niet eens dat dit natuurkundig gezien mogelijk was maar het voelt net alsof
rondom de trap een dubbele zwaartekracht hangt. Ik hoop dat er studenten zijn
die wel plezier halen uit deze nieuwe locatie want anders is het ook weer zo
lullig, het is namelijk wel hardstikke mooi.

text: Breng pls de Singel terug. Deze bieb is mooi, maar gw te weinig studie plekken.
Ik moet het hele gebouw doorlopen om een plek te vinden. En die zwarte plastic
stoelen met wieltjes kraken enorm (bij iedereen). Als iemand 1 kleine beweging
maakt kraakt het al. Dus pls meer studieplekken en andere stoelen. En breng
het liefst gewoon de Singel terug. Daarnaast is het eten ook echt veeeelste
duur. Je hebt dat cafetje en die automaat met gezond eten. Super lekker maar
echt kapot duur. Maak dat pls goedkoper, ik wil mijn geld uitgeven aan leuke
dingen.

Ze hebben studieplekken bij PCH en Singel weggehaald zodat iedereen nu naar de UBA moet en het is echt een drama. Leuk als je op je telefoon wilt zitten en foto's wilt maken van het dak maar studeren?
Nope, er zijn gewoon geen plekken & oplaadpunten beschikbaar, is echt verschrikkelijk, je moet door het hele gebouw lopen en alle hoekjes checken of er een vrije plaats is en als die er niet is kan je weer 100 trappen naar beneden. Centrale hal is een lege ruimte met een paar bankjes! Is dit een studieplek of ontmoetingsruimte??
