text: 'Ongelovlijk. Elke afspraak die ik ooit met een ambtenaar van het gemeente
huis uit Joure heb gehad is altijd elke afspraak te laat gekomen. 10minuten,
20minuten en soms zelf 3 kwartier. Terugbelverzoeken worden niet gehonoreerd
en moet altijd overal zelf achteraan.
Nu was ik vanochtend zelf 6 minuten te laat voor mijn afspraak, en mevrouw bij
de balie vond het maar al te belangrijk om dit te benadrukken want "wij hebben
een strak schema" en ik had "geluk" dat ik hem nog kon aanvragen. Wat vriendelijker
mag wel, jullie zijn ALTIJD te laat. En er is niet voor niks de uitspraak "Van
de staatskoets is de koning koetsier, de ambtenaren de paarden en het volk de
wielen."
Wat voor mij een hele leuke ochtend moest zijn, werd direct een beetje verpest
door deze onnodige opmerking. Normale mensen kunnen ook te laat zijn, normale
mensen hebben ook een strak schema. Daar houden jullie ook geen rekening, want
jullie zijn standaard te laat en komen standaard jullie afspraken niet na.
Erg jammer, wat vriendelijker balie persoon met een beetje empatisch vermogen
zou beter zijn dan dit gedoe. Echt ongelofelijk eenzijdig, dat zou ik eens tegen
jullie moeten zeggen dan gaat de desbetreffende ambtenaar direct rechtsomkeert
want die pikt het niet dat er zo tegen hem gepraat word.
Nogmaals, wat voor mij een hoogtepunt moest zijn vannochtend, werd direct een
beetje verpest omdat deze jongeman 7 minuten te laat, en jullie jezelf zo belangrijk
vinden dat die 7 minuten heel wat is. Maar als ik een uur moet wachten heb ik
het er maar mee te doen.
Mijn gevoel voor gemeentes word steeds slechter hierdoor, het is altijd gezeik
met jullie.
Het enige +puntje
De vrouw die me gister had geholpen (rood haar, rood shirt en hele hele vriendelijke
glimlach) die maakte mijn ervaring gister helemaal goed! Werd vrolijk van haar
glimlach en enthousiasme.'
