text: Very nice museum with a lot to see and understand about the history. It's in the Fierro San Miguel first walk around and enjoy the views and go in every single little exhibition room. I was surprised by the collection they've. Parking is infront of the main door, washrooms available, disabled access is available.

text: Very good museum about the Maya culture. The exposition is has very expliciet subjects. The text was also in English with short an good explanations. We have visited many Maya expositions and this one binded all our knowledge together. And also the collection is beautiful.

text: Walked from Centro, quite a hike but definitely worth it. Quick tip if you walk, once you reached just before where the road is signed to branch off up the hill to the left you will see another road on the left with steps going up. This is the quickest way up. Once there you will find a small but well curated museum of Mayan history and culture and then magnificent views across the sea from the fort roof.
