Heel erg mooie behang in verschillende kamers echt een aanrader om daarna te

komen kijken De ingang heeft een kleine trappetje. Er is een grote parkeerplaats

voor de auto.

Het landhuis heeft geen toilet faciliteiten in het naast gelegen teahuis kan

||
er gebruik gemaakt worden van het toilet.

text: 'Tijdens een wandeling stuitten we op dit museum in het landhuis. De kamers
|
||
beneden laten behang zien zoals dat in het allereerste begin werd toegepast.
|
||
Banen werden in een atelier vervaardigd en beschilderd. Later werden de banen
|
||
opgeplakt, niet alles past dan ook precies - het blijft handwerk.
|
||
|
||
Enne, in die tijd was er een speciale belasting op behang. Alleen op te brengen
|
||
als je heel rijk was.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Detail - de laatste bewoonster Theodora de Wijs heeft de laatste 19 jaar van
|
||
haar leven in drie kamers gewoond. De mooie fazantenkamer werd keuken, waar
|
||
ze op een butagas stel kookte. Tsja, dan wordt wonen in een landhuis ineens
|
||
beperkt. De grote keuken werd door haar niet gebruikt.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Op de foto één van de allereerste liften, overgegaan op OTIS. Let op - niet
|
||
meer dan 100kg. Moet je vandaag mee aankomen…
|
||
|
||
|
||
In samenwerking met het museum Utrecht wordt er een wisselende seizoens tentoonstelling
|
||
georganiseerd. Boven is een tentoonstelling van Rory Pilgrim. Wat een verschil
|
||
met de allure van beneden. Schamel, plastic troep, lege stoelen, een video waar
|
||
iemand vragen stelt aan een groep met het verzoek te antwoorden maar dat vervolgens
|
||
zelf doet - egocentrisch in mijn beleving. Niet de tijd nemen naar de ander
|
||
te luisteren. Hoe anders is het om juist de ander te proberen te begrijpen.
|
||
Net zoals God luistert naar de mens zo zouden we elkaar ook moeten proberen
|
||
te horen en zien.
|
||
|
||
Deze tentoonstelling deed voor mij afbreuk aan het landhuis, waar het voor staat
|
||
en de allure die het kan hebben.'

stinkbakken, en geen invalidentoilet...ongelofelijk. Anders hadden we 5 sterren
