music and paints. Also there are 4 tablets of Schönberg music/interview, each

consisting 6 pieces. Headphone's quality was exquisite which was an awesome

experience of focusing on his masterpieces. Must visit in Wien for sure.

text: 'Arnold Schoenberg: A great thinker, teacher, and artist. Anyone who has

heard his music or read his work will begin to wonder about who he was and how
|
||
his life shaped the ideas he had.

||
|
||
The exhibition in the Arnold Schoenberg centre provides a great introduction
|
||
and insight into Schoenberg’s life, music, paintings, and writings. Original
|
||
manuscripts and letters are shown with additional information that make this
|
||
a must for music lovers. Paintings with descriptions are also present.
|
||
|
||
|
||
I was fascinated by lesser known facts of Schoenberg’s life such as his blueprints
|
||
for a musical typewriter and the invention of coalition chess.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Outside the exhibit is a replication of his office when residing in the United
|
||
States.
|
||
|
||
|
||
Finally, a surprisingly large library of books and sheet music related to Schoenberg
|
||
is available outside the exhibition with the option to purchase. The exhibition
|
||
is also free for under 25s.'

and Schönberg. Support interesting! The exhibit and vast resources are fantastic
