text: 'The Civil Engineering Department does a fantastic job: from the employees

||
who are out and about in the city every day, always greeting us with a smile
|
||
and a greeting, to the friendly people in the office. Sometimes it seems the
|
||
people of Basel take it for granted that the city is always so beautifully clean.
|
||
The collection system using the bulky waste stickers also works perfectly, and
|
||
could definitely be used more often ;) Thank you, Civil Engineering Department!!!!'
