The agent (a man) I spoke to on the line, who didn't respond to my greeting,

was already in a heated conversation that I could hear on the other end of the

line. Unfortunately for me, he continued in the same tone and with a lot of

condescension, making me seem like someone who doesn't understand things. Unfortunately,
