a rainy day in Moscow. Anybody (Russian or foreigner) can apply for a library

||
card here, and spend time inside or even borrow books. Fantastic views of the

||
Kremlin from the upper floors. You will really feel that epic Soviet feeling
|
||
when you spend an afternoon/evening here and look outside the big windows.
