text: UF's Library West is a great place to study and get work done. With its quiet atmosphere, natural lighting, and

spacious layout, it provides an ideal environment for focused learning. The space attracts diligent students, so it’s
|
||
often filled with people who are committed to their academic goals. While it can get quite crowded during exam season,
|
||
especially on the upper floors and in group study rooms, it usually maintains a productive atmosphere. The availability
|
||
of power outlets, comfortable seating, and proximity to food options like Starbucks and the ones on W. University Ave.
|
||
adds to the convenience. Whether you're working on a paper, preparing for exams, or collaborating on a project, Library
|
||
West is a reliable spot to stay on task.

text: Amazing library! I was on a travel grant from UNCP researching Stetson Kennedy and this library had an abundance

||
of boxes and files on him. Michele Wilbanks was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She helped me to learn
|
||
how to use UF’s finding aids through their website, and reached out to other staff members who specialized in my research
|
||
topic. She went above and beyond, and it would have been extremely difficult to do without her. She even sent me a follow-up
|
||
email after my departure with additional information that will benefit me through my academic journey! Jim Cusick was
|
||
also very helpful and took time out of his busy schedule to make sure I was looking at the right boxes of information.
|
||
