text: Dit museum is gevestigd in het voormalige raadhuis van Weert en gelegen
|
||
in het centrum tegenover de kerk. Vriendelijk personeel geeft uitleg over het
|
||
museum. Er zijn geen kaartjes bij de kunstwerken, maar je krijgt een boekje
|
||
met uitgebreide informatie over de kunstwerken. Aan de hand van thema's doorloop
|
||
je de geschiedenis met o.a. religieuze kunst. De tijdelijke tentoonstelling
|
||
Beestachtig was erg interessant.

text: En zo kwamen we naar Weert voor ern glas in lood raam en bracht ik een bezoek
|
||
aan Museum W. En wat een fijn museum! Met hele betrokken mensen, een interessante
|
||
hedendaagse kunst tentoonstelling, 'Beestachtig', met zeer goed gekozen en geinstalleerde
|
||
werken van o.a. Chatlotte Dumas en Marjan Laaper. Puur genieten! Verder een
|
||
interessante collectieopstelling. En in de lobby kunstenaar Pavèl van Houten
|
||
die ontzettend betrokken was met zijn installatie 'De Waardeloze Winkel' en
|
||
uitgebreid in gesprek ging met bezoekers. Ik hou Museum W op mijn museum radar.
